Both houses have a similar plan and section. In the ground floor lies the living room and the kitchen. An internal staircase links them to the upper floor, with two bedrooms and the bathroom. On the last level is a third bedroom with its private bathroom. The basement, which is accessed from the living room on the ground floor, includes the boiler room and storage space.
